The management team is amazing! Candice is wonderful and is quick to reach out to follow up or check on you. Her response time is fast and is within the same day usually! Kevin is attentive and quick to do any maintenance work. I had a closet door come all the way off the rack, and he was in the building and came over a few after I alerted him of the problem I had and fixed it right away. The housing was OK. The rent was cheap and the quality of the apartment reflected that. Overall, I had good customer service aside from one irritating issue. I waited over a year for window screens. I really like the fresh air and not using a/c. It did the job for a year. The all-tile floor was cold in the winter and the summer leading me to have perpetually cold feet.
Very nice people. Hardworking and they truly care about the upkeep of the community.
originally had a review up about how I was living with roaches for a year until my lease was up just to give some folks some heads up. I was asked to take down the review for 25 dollars of credit towards the return of the security deposit.. then all of a sudden had almost 300 dollars taken from said security deposit for “cleaning” including carpet cleaning when I left the place in better position than it was given (hair on walls IN the paint, no caulk on the tubs or on the floors, filthy stove, etc.. oh and roaches lol) the ... read more
