Our mom has been in their facility in Antioch for 2 years. Staff turnover has been constant. Over billing and care increases without prior notification. Communication difficulties ever increasing. Forced to move Mom at end of December.

I recently was helped by a staff member named Danielle Williams. I was inquiring about my mother. Danielle was very sweet and helpful! Her attitude is what you would hope for in a place like this, we need more genuine young people who care about their job! Thanks again!

I love the MBK AZ team including Johnathan Stucker who has turned me into an interior designer and a nicer person. Emma Schilling who has taught me so much about caring for residents and is a true inspiration to me when it comes to thriving in the senior living industry. My Dad is in Memory Care in Klamath Falls, OR. Three major incidences happened in the first two months of his care there. 1) He was attacked by a resident who tried to strangle him his first week there in his room. The man had his walker on top of my Dad while he was in bed and my Dad had deep scratches in his neck. The police came and a report was filed. No one called us to let us know.
