My Dad is in Memory Care in Klamath Falls, OR. Three major incidences happened in the first two months of his care there. 1) He was attacked by a resident who tried to strangle him his first week there in his room. The man had his walker on top of my Dad while he was in bed and my Dad had deep scratches in his neck. The police came and a report was filed. No one called us to let us know. I’ve had the pleasure of working at the Irvine offices of MBK for over seven years, and I am just as happy today as I was the day I started.
