I hired MBK to remodel our walk-in shower. Simple job. Project manager said it would take 3 weeks. It took 8 weeks. Project manager was incompetent. MBK uses a company to do the actual construction work. They would show up and the project manager would not have the materials here for them to install. For example, the plumber showed up and there was no shower valve. The tile guy showed up and there was no grout or niche tile to install. They were very thorough during the complete renovation of my kitchen, the bathroom renovations, and the replacement of the closet doors throughout my apartment.
