I would rather be seen by a rainforest witch doctor than go to this office. It’s wasn’t bad when Dr. Howard was here but since she left this place is HORRIBLE. The receptionist Toni is a very rude, hateful, ugly hearted person. Since February 2026 never once greeted me in a professional way. Always hanging face. Never smiles. She looks miserable in her position. Worse customer service let alone human compassion. She continued to make mistakes for an upcoming appointment and when I corrected her she was very disrespectful and continued to not listen and yelling at me for her not doing or knowing her job. The company needs a new professional medical receptionist who loves their job.
Great experience here, everyone is so helpful and friendly!
