My boyfriend came here for an injury. We were the only ones waiting to be seen. Waited over an hour without seeing anyone or getting an update as to how long the wait would be. I asked the receptionist if she could give me an estimated wait time and she just kept saying she didn’t know because she is not a provider. She also made no attempt to get an answer for me. The front desk lady also she is a heavy set woman is very rude and we over heard her talking to one of the CA and the ca told her are question making us sound rude when we where not just "hey om what do I do due to use waiting for the physical to be done waiting 30 min and the district manager said to the CA o no one talk to me like that you know that girl watch this and came and said I'm dealing with an emergency keep in mind can hear the whole office laughing and stuff like must be a funny emergency

I came here for a DOT physical, and unfortunately, my experience was not very good. I ended up being there for two hours just trying to get my physical done, even though the actual exam itself took only about 15 minutes. After my exam, I was told to wait up front, but no one checked on me for over 30 minutes. I love the atmosphere, attitude, compassion from all the staff at this facility!! My PT is going great due to the Ken and company. Everyone from the receptionist ( Toni ) to the doctors ( Dr. Comfort ) are very polite and friendly. They all really have the same goal . To get you feeling better and back on your feet. It's a collective effort from everyone here.
