Besides 3 nurses, the other ones are lazy, don’t care, act like they’re too cool for school. They act like they are doctors at times and think they know more than you. You’ll wait forever in this office as well. The doctors are just there to examine you and only help themselves not you. They don’t even know how to work the systems. If you can, do not come here for workers comp.
This is the worst place ever. I checked in with only one person ahead of me. They took me to a room to wait and I waited 2 hours. I peeked outside of my room and no one was to be found. I waited some more and walked around and not one person was present in the whole clinic. The place was empty. No receptionists, no nurses, no doctors. Complete silence. Who does that? Worst service ever! One of the receptionist has a nasty attitude! She was on her phone and looked like she didn't want to be bothered at all! Leave your attitude at home and treat people the right way! Waste of time!
This location is EXTREMELY slow . I got here at 330pm and it's 6:06 and Im still here waiting. Each process is dragged out for so long. Like there's nobody back there yet Im still waiting 40 plus minutes for each step of the process. I gave urine at the very beginning for drug testing just to find out they need 2 urine samples. So im stuck sitting here waiting for my bladder to contract so I can give them urine.
