This amazing nurse practitioner, Mbettie Worrell, was the first to make us feel heard after my father’s diagnosis of a terminal illness. Can’t send a fax to save themselves was supposedly sent in September didn’t send right order then I get them to send the order over for my ct scan called 3 different times gave them more then one fax to send it to which is not my job to do for them and the hospital still has not received the order for to be able to set appointment it’s been 5 days since they said they sent and hospital says they have received nothing since September and even that didn’t have the right info to schedule the appointment
