Do not get this limo service! Absolutely horrible customer service. Canceled 1 hour before my event.
I used MBEG Limo Services this weekend for my kid 10th birthday. We had a drop off on Saturday and a pick up on Sunday and we received exceptional service! The Saturday pick up was done by Mr. Wade and he was very polite and accommodating. The Sunday pick up was done by Mr. Sheldon and he too was very polite and accommodating. Worst experience ever! Ruined my sons 11th birthday!! Car was filthy. Falling apart. Air didn’t work at all, Diver was beyond rude, cussed us, at one point tried to refuse to take us home, when we called him out on his behavior he threatened to call the police. Let several messages for the manager to call us back and received no call!!!
Great service nice drivers and great vehicles.. Had a wonderful experience.
The black party bus they sended me for my 15 was old and dirty not what the pictures show but over all the people were very nice
