I hired MBD Restoration to replace my roof and Kelly and her team were wonderful. Kelly responded right away when I reached out, and she was patient answered all of my questions. Her contractor's team was polite, extremely efficient, and did a great job! After the install I had a problem during a thunderstorm with our new gutters because our house is crooked, and they were out the next day to adjust them. I'm so happy with MBD that I've hired them to install new siding on our house next. Highly recommended!
Improperly installed tile, hot and cold water switched on every faucet, Leaking toilet, leaking vanity sink that ruined vanity, leaking shower head, workers that come and go as they please well into the evening hours. Plumbing not installed according to code as there were no plumbing permits applied for per regulations. Toilet not secured to floor. This company has been nothing short of amazing. The owner is hands on and was not only responsive to questions we had but often reached out to make sure everything was going as expected. MBD will be our “go to” company for all of our future projects.
These guys did a fantastic job replacing the roofing tiles and flashing around a leaky chimney built around 1940. They matched the materials perfectly, replaced several degraded boards, replaced almost 20 feet of flashing, and,frankly, did far more than we expected around the area to make it like new at a very reasonable price. Leaks gone... looks great... we couldn’t be happier.
Kelly @ MBD was extremely professional and hands-on throughout the process. I was very happy with the quality of work and reasonable pricing. Would recommend without hesitation.
