Improperly installed tile, hot and cold water switched on every faucet, Leaking toilet, leaking vanity sink that ruined vanity, leaking shower head, workers that come and go as they please well into the evening hours. Plumbing not installed according to code as there were no plumbing permits applied for per regulations. Toilet not secured to floor. This company has been nothing short of amazing. The owner is hands on and was not only responsive to questions we had but often reached out to make sure everything was going as expected. MBD will be our “go to” company for all of our future projects.
These guys did a fantastic job replacing the roofing tiles and flashing around a leaky chimney built around 1940. They matched the materials perfectly, replaced several degraded boards, replaced almost 20 feet of flashing, and,frankly, did far more than we expected around the area to make it like new at a very reasonable price. Leaks gone... looks great... we couldn’t be happier.

I normally don’t post reviews but Kelly and her team are incredible. First, I don’t live in Virginia and was given the referral by a friend who utilized their services for a mold issue which just so happens is what my mother who lives in Virginia had. Not that anyone ever wants to deal with the cost hassle, or overall unsafe nature whenever mold is present in a home, but, with Kelly’s guidance, we were able to tackle my moms mold problem quickly.
