I gave 1 star because, unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars. Do NOT NOT NOT do work for Jeff Herrington, owner of MBC Construction and MBC Capital Investments. He will milk you for everything that he can then run away from the bill without paying. He took me for $10,000. I worked for nearly 3 months on an investment property that he bought, even giving his own son a job for 2 of those months.
