So very sorry to see Abby gone from your Merrill Location. She was such an asset to the company. She will be missed by so many in the small community.
Hidden fees and other untoward practices turned us toward using a credit union instead of this bank.
Make drive thru transactions faster, no reason the drive thru should be at a stand still for over 10 min. with not one car moving.
Diskike the bank, get charged every month, get charge at any atm. Not happy with them

Done change of address forms twice still haven’t changed address now charging me 5dollar returned mail fee per statement not sure how much money they have taken from my account
I wouldn’t recommend this bank to ANYONE! Take your money to a bank who cares about their customers! Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with! They will leave you stranded and lie to you then never return your calls!
