I was impressed from the beginning, as they responded to my request for a quote very quickly. Received quote within 24 hours of visit. I had questions about quote, and they responded quickly. I could tell from the beginning they wanted my business, even though it was a relatively small gutter guard job. Installers were prompt and did the job in a workman like manner. I would highly recommend MBA Roofing.

Communication is terrible. I was put on the schedule for April, 23rd nobody showed up and nobody let me know so l ended up losing a day of work. Was told they were delayed for rain was informed that evening 26th would be the day they would be out. Well the 24th comes and I received a call from the scheduling guy saying 25th would be the day they would be out I said I was told by George the 26th, he said "oh no he doesn't really communicate with me " so l said I've already got 26th off, he said we can do that day after hesita... read more
