DJ and team were amazing to work with from start to finish after our basement flooded due to a sump pump malfunction. They answer the phone and were there within 45 minutes of me calling them. They were thorough about the remediation process and didn't rush it, but also didn't try to drag it out longer than it needed to be. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with this company. I work from home, which (I imagine) is every craftsman’s nightmare (!). On top of that, we have young kids and pets running around, but this team that serviced our water-damaged kitchen was so professional, accommodating, kind, and fun! I am so grateful that we connected—and we love out new kitchen!
