I went for a massage with Maria as I was having a lot of mobility issues.After my massage I was able to go for a long walk on the beach which I wasn’t able to do in months.When I got up the next morning I felt like a million bucks.She even showed me a few exercises to do at home which helps a lot.I highly recommend getting a massage from Maria.Thank you so much for improving my quality of life. Maria listened to what I needed and also provided suggestions on other areas that required attention for me to maintain/achieve my wellness goals. Maria is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
