Terrible property manager, Melanie is rude and the place I rented was filthy
Personally would never rent from again. I moved in to a rental with no air conditioning, asked kindly to address the issue, was told it would be addressed but there was no change. 2 weeks in to the rental you could say I was fed up not being able to sleep due to an internal temperature of 85 degrees nightly. To top it off insects like crickets and cockroaches were an issue nightly.
