I would give zero stars for crist miller. Requires his taxi & “costs” paid by buyer even if there is no deal. Lists properties on the market when they are still under contract will other realtors, and it seems a bit odd hes an appraiser and can guarantee a home to sell for $319k when it appraises for $255k days earlier.
Crist Miller did a property appraisal for us as a referral of Tom Hall from Coldwell Banker in Streetsboro. He was immediately available and had the appraisal to us within (2) business days. He was very professional, and thorough, and offered to refer us to Amanda Hunt from KRCH Realty, who was able to appear with him the same day to give us our 3rd and final property appraisal! Talk about teamwork, there was no "I" in this team! Your efforts were very much appreciated!
Decided it was a good idea to belittle and scream at my fiancee. I do not recommend Delores to anyone.
