this is the worst place I lived for my entire life, the location is great for UU students but the management is just impossible to endure, they promised you it's quiet living here but it's just the opposite. I'm a light sleeper and the constant noise from neighbors and upstairs are just too much. I broke the lease and left after 6 months

The management of the Monterrey Apartments is rude and disorganized. I was billed incorrectly for 7 months. They threatened to tow my car unless I immediately submitted a form they had never let me know about before. The leasing manager rarely responds to emails, and the online rent payment system is usually malfunctioning. They had intrusive inspections, using a blacklight, 4 times per year. Be careful of the trick this management company did, they removed the label on google map under "The Monterrey Apartments I, LLC", and replace with this one to make the reviews better...LOL All the UU students, stay away from it!!!
