Michelle has been amazing! I needed help after injuring my shoulder and the NHS waiting time was crazy and i couldn't wait 4 months. I thankfully came across MB physiotherapy and Michelle has been great from start to finish. She's understood what i needed and has guided me to help improve from my injury. I'm confident I'll make a full recovery and Michelle has been extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend to anyone needing physiotherapy 😊
At Christmas I broke my ankle in 3 places and in February I was finally free of my boot and crutches. Like many people I was not offered physiotherapy from the NHS to support my recovery so I made contact with Michelle. I have 5 slipped discs & a trapped nerve in my back. I’ve been on morphine for months, my consultant wants me to have an op. I started Pilates with Michelle 3 weeks ago, I’ve been able to take myself off my morphine & am more mobile than I’ve been in months! Would highly recommend & have just signed up for the next 5 week block.
I started Physio Pilates classes with Michelle around a year ago. I’d struggled with lower back pain most of my life and at 39 was struggling to stand up without a few minutes of pain and stiffness. This pain went within weeks of starting classes, I was amazed and I’m so glad I joined! The classes are enjoyable and have a nice mix of exercises to keep it interesting week to week. Highly recommend!
I have thoroughly enjoyed the tuesday morning pilates class. Michelle starts with a nice gentle warm up before starting the exercises. On the mat you work at your own level so you don’t feel pressured if you’re a beginner or have mobility problems. It’s not a strenuous workout & gradually you’re able to do the more challenging things eg plank. Michelle is always on hand or walking around to check your position/posture when needed.
