Very happy with service and quality of vehicles
I had a very good experience dealing with M & B Moterworks. I was looking for a Mercedes 4matics. They worked with me to find something in a AWD sedan. They put up with me for 4 months while I decided what I wanted. I finally decided on an Audi A6 Quattro and I love it. They also made me a very good deal on my trade in. I will definitely be going back the next time I am in the market for a vehical.

HORRIBLE: Test drove Touareg, ML 350 and Range Rover S. Was not even interested in RRS but upon speaking with sales partner took it on a test drive. Upon driving the Range the ride and acceleration and smooth ride won my heart. One problem no heat in truck. Had cash money to buy truck right then.. He did not want a deposit he wanted to get vehicle checked first for problem and cost. No problem it was a Saturday have in shop on Monday pick truck up on Tuesday. Wow. Another customer who is mad the vehicle they were interested in Sold. First off I deal in facts. You had a list of several vehicles you were interested in. You also in no way even offered to commit to the vehicle in anyway. You certainly did not offer to leave a deposit. That is absolutely false.When you left you said you were still undecided between the VW and the Rover. It was a Saturday. The least pressured I've ever been car shopping and easily the most enjoyable. Mathias and his wife Kim have a fantastic thing going on in Delaware and if I ever need to buy another vehicle I wont hesitate to make the hour trip to see what they've got!
