This has been the worst experience of my life. ****** and ****** are liars. Ive had this car less than 2 years. My car has been there since October ****** and still there. Originally ****** told me my car would be there 3 days for a coolant issue. Here we are 4 months going on 5 in and I keep getting the runaround. My car is under extended warranty still. I purchased a truck December 13, 2024 from MB motors LLC and worked with *******. Sadly, I would like to give a better review but after 15 days of getting this truck it wouldnt start. Transmission issues and completely died on me while driving. Christmas in July! Besides the fact *******, sales manager, looks like ***********, I feel I got a great deal on my vehicle. Then there were his helpers (elves) ******* and ****, who made the process exceptional and easy. A wonderful dealership with excellent staff! Finally, the dealership is clean and organized, and all the vehicles are displayed nicely!
Absolutely horrible! I bought the vehicle online and it has been a nightmare. It was shipped needing rotors, brakes, and windshield wipers. I have had 30 days and can't even register it. ****** is the worst. He does not return phone calls, and has his employees make excuses for him. Everything about this business is untrustworthy. Do not buy a vehicle from here, the aggravation is not worth it. They will absolutely not attempt to fix anything.
Bottom Line? Untrustworthy, shady, and willing to sell you a broken car while hoping you wont find out. They will even continue to drive the car after you purchase it. They will then avoid you after the car fails. You will need to get a lawyer and threaten a lawsuit, you will also need to file a complaint with the state ********** of Washington for fraud. I came here to buy a ****** Xterra 2008 from them. I talked to an absolute a**** named *******. He told me the car was completely fine. Of course I make my way all the way up there to find out there are definitely some things such as the trunk door is completely done. He said he had two mechanics check it out and said it was fine. Terrible experience. Purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram. Worked with Pete. Was assured it was 'the best truck on the lot.' They didn't budge on the price a dime and strongly recommended the full aftermarket warranty which I paid. Drove it away realizing it had no fuel and in need of an oil change. 100 miles down the road a check engine light came on. Took it to a mechanic who said it needed an entire exhaust system. DON'T buy from this Dealership!! They have the worst customer service ever. All they care about is a dollar in their pocket. Stay away from this place.
