Hello everyone reading this, this company is very unprofessional. There is no respect with the way ms judy the manger talks. She does not speak.( as in saying hi or hello) she yells at her tenants. The houses require work and they don’t tell you the air is Broke once you move in. They don’t tell you the problems wrong with the house.

As a previous Property Manager in Baton Rouge, I would STRONGLY advise never renting a property in their rental portfolio or having them manage any of your properties as a homeowner. As a tenant of one of the homes in their portfolio, I encountered completely unacceptable behavior including: (1) Showings of the home without my prior knowledge towards the end of my lease. Their realtor entered my home unbeknownst to me while I was out and gave a complete tour. (2) Aggressive behavior from the staff when I brought up that this... read more
I’d avoid renting from this company if possible. Upon moving out they only gave us $130 out of $1200 for our deposit. They charged us over $600 for “move out fees” with no explanation and an additional $350 for “having a dog without informing the management company.” We never had a dog while living at this property. It wasn’t until threatening legal action that they returned the $350. If they did it to us they’ll do it to you!
