I had the brakes and rotors for my GLC 300 replaced here less than two years ogo. We agreed to replace them with authentic parts from Mercedes, so the payment was done for authentic parts. Today, I took my car to another mechanic after "check brake light" came on. They found out that the rear brakes and rotors are replaced with after market parts and are completely gone. This is a pure professional misconduct. Misleading the customer is not the way to do bussines.
Amazing team!! Been going to these guys for the past two years. They know their stuff, they are efficient, and do a great job. I’ve had all my general services, brakes, transmission flushed etc … and better pricing compared to dealership.
Excellent service and experience at MB House. I brought my Mercedes in with a trunk latch / soft-close system issue — the trunk wouldn’t lock even manually. The owner diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and was able to complete the repair even the same day, on Saturday actually. After changing my car’s headlights, the car needed to be reprogrammed. I literally drove all over the city for a whole week and no one could help me because the part I installed was aftermarket. I even went to the official Mercedes-Benz dealership, and they refused to do the job for the same reason. Finally, one of the Mercedes dealership staff recommended MB House and honestly, that was a lifesaver.
