Great experience with MB House, very respectful staff that took care of my S class. Did some coding to return my car to the full technological capabilities. Also did a full inspection for any problems. I was explained what needs to be done and I will return to the shop for future work. MB HOUSE is an amazing shop. Having owned a Mercedes for a few years and having gone to a couple of dealerships for service and always feeling ripped off, it was refreshing to find mechanics that know how to fix a car. Dealerships don't fix anymore. They swap parts and charge a fortune for parts and labour. I found MB HOUSE charges far less and they have a wealth of experience. After making me wait for 3 hours. They gave me a completely false diagnosis and screwed up my waterpump. Came in because my car had a rough start and used to vibrate in cold environment. Billed me for 3 hours just to tell me the vibration was coming from brakes and I had to change my timing chain. When I went to my actual mechanic turns out it was a fault with engine mounts and camshafts had to be replaced. Steer clear from this place I wish I did.

Had downpipes installed on my C63 and they completely butchered the welding and there was an exhaust leak from the other side as it wasn’t secured properly. When I called to tell them there was issues with the install, they kept saying the downpipes were bad quality. Sadly not quite the customer service you’d except. PS. All the parts they sell are terrible quality from Ali baba with a mark up.
