Air was out on Sunday evening so I called and within an hour Preston was at my house. He had to work in a hot attic but got the problem taken care of and was such a friendly hard working young man. I knew after hour prices would be more but I still felt it was reasonable and appreciate the fast response.
Had to have Service on a late Sunday afternoon and they were here within 40 minutes. Preston did a great job of explaining everything he was gonna do and within 30 minutes the job was completed. It was 105 feels like outside so I was feeling very blessed.
Great service, professional, and courteous. Explained the situation and what needs to happen for a future solution.
The new Amana heat pump and furnace system was installed today along with a new hot water heater. Clean and efficient work by all involved.
The Gentleman I had was very polite and extremely professional.
