M.B. Haskett was a fantastic place to grab a bite while visiting Sioux Falls. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly, making for a great overall experience. My only tiny complaint is that they don’t serve ketchup—but they do have hot sauce, which made up for it! If you’re looking for a unique local spot with great food, I definitely recommend giving M.B. Haskett a try. The apricot jam was amazing.
DELISH! This is a must visit if you're in Sioux Falls! (along with BibiSol!) We went for an early breakfast and ordered coffees and their savory crepes--the cheddar & bacon and the season vegetarian, which was a caprese--both were phenomenal. They don't look it, but they easily filled us up! Vibe of the restaurant is so cool--lots of little details that show their personality and support for the community. I have been coming to this place for years. Normally the service is wonderful. The food is great. I did not have a great experience today. My sunny side egg was ice cold when I got it. I kindly asked that they heated up so that it’s hot and the waitress told me that that’s how Sunnyside eggs are and she doesn’t know if they could make it hot. FANTASTIC says it all. From the service to the ambience to the FOOD!!! Great conversation with the owner. If you only have one place to stop for breakfast while you’re in town…this should be it!
