The bank I had my mortgage through closed and this bank took over. After sending my escrowed taxes to the wrong location multiple years in a row and I almost lost my house because of their mistake and failure to inform me about it, they did nothing! It was myself who caught the mistake and my local tax collector who organized the issue out. MB Financial also increased my mortgage payment because of their mistake and continued to provide horrible customer service!
