Extremely disappointing experience with management. While the coaches were kind and professional, the management was the worst we’ve ever dealt with. Communication was consistently poor, and it became clear that their main priority is money—not the families or the kids. We attempted multiple times to contact management to cancel our membership, but management ignored us and continued to charge us. In the end, we had to involve our bank to stop the payments. I can’t thank this gym enough for the growth I’ve seen in my daughter since she’s been here. She’s stronger, healthier, more aware of her ability to overcome challenges, and most of all, having the time of her life being a part of MB Elite Cheer!
