Quick service on my car, amazing customer service that kept me informed every step of the way! Paid extra attention to detail and they cleaned my car so well also! That was an added bonus.
The bumber damage was repaired and looks great. Avoid the employee at the front desk. She is, in my experience, passive aggressive. When you're stressed and needing to deal with complicated issues like rental cars for work, cost and how long....you need someone to put you at ease, answer the phone so that you don't have to call 10 times only to hear a recording that "this person cannot recieve a voicemail....Goodbye" And then when she finally calls you its to tell you "I didn't want you to think I was ignoring you.
