It was my first time looking for a wedding dress... Cindy did a great job helping me find gowns that I liked and within my budget. She helped me find the perfect gown that I love! It was an "as is" dress so she made sure before I got my hopes up that alterations came down to look over it to make sure any imperfections could be fixed. Will definitely go back to look for my bridesmaid's dresses there when the time comes.
I tried on wedding gowns yesterday and Morgan was assigned to help me. She was wonderful! She really listened to what I wanted and what my vision was. She was super friendly and easy to work with. She helped me find the dress of my dreams!!!
Im not sure what others have experienced but my experience was AMAZING! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I worked with Morgan while i was there and i cant express to you how much she made my whole experience there great!! She found me my perfect dress! I wouldn't pay too much attention to some negative reviews...i would definitely recommend this place to other brides. Go see for yourself!!

RecommendedMB bride was amazing with helping me find the perfect wedding gown for my destination wedding. I highly recommend them! We also used the tux service and although they did not come in in the correct measurements (due to the company, not them) they were so helpful in making sure the correct tuxes were there on time and even let us bring alternate sizes with us to Mexico. Thank you for helping to make my wedding great!
Had issues with a prom tux. First we ordered the slim fit pant and got regular, after we stressed the fact we only wanted very slim! Their apology wasn’t good enough! And then, the jacket had a hole in the arm. Very noticeable and once again was told there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. Really!!!! Called the manager on Friday and now it’s Monday and still haven’t heard from her. Terrible customer service. If I could rate this business lower than 1 star I absolutely would. I have had nothing but issues from the start and their staff as well as managers are the most unprofessional group of people. From issues with the sizing of my wedding dress, to the horrible service and attitude that we received when getting the tuxes, and the fact that my flower girls dresses were in for 3 weeks without anyone contacting us and also that they were ordered a size bigger without even notifying me because the correct size wasn’t in stock, it h... read more
