I was referred to MB Bride by several acquaintances who were recently married. I had heard mixed things about the service, but was pleasantly surprised by the consultant I worked with. She was very helpful and patient, and did not pressure me at any point. I felt comfortable with her, which made a huge difference, as wedding dress shopping was not something I was looking forward to. I don't recommend this place for tuxs...the soles of the grooms shoes broke off he didnt even make it out of church...only had them on for not even 20mins. He had to swap shoes with his groomsman just to get pictures and do the first dance and ended up being shoeless the rest of the nite. I also had a horrible experience when choosing my gown. The consultant kept picking out lace dresses that I told her I didn't want. She started getting frustrated and left me with the trainee who was awesome but I felt she didnt get a sale ... read more

I had such a great experience at MB Bride today!! I went with no expectations of saying yes to the dress but after seeing the wide selection and the amazing help of my consultant Spencer I found my dress in my first appointment!! I recently purchased my wedding dress on Saturday, October 13th. Sue was our assistant and she made our experience better than I could have imagined! I came with my mom, sister, best friend, and step daughter so we had a room full. Sue never made me feel rushed or judged. She was kind, respectful, and beyond helpful. My mom and I just stopped by one day, we didn't have an appointment or anything. Morgan was FANTASTIC! She took the few ideas I had and matched them into the perfect dress. She was beyond patient with me and was so nice. I ended up finding my dress that day. We came back a few weeks later with some family/friends. Although it was busy, Morgan and the rest of the staff were fantastic and even helped my moms find their dresses. I had gone other places to look for dresses, but none were as kind and helpful. Our first trip to MB Bride was for daughters wedding dress, second was to try it on when it arrived - where I also found my MOB dress. Went again today for bridesmaid dresses and to try on my dress that came in. Each time we were assisted by Thia who is absolutely wonderful.
