I truly cannot say enough good things about Automotive M.D. We actually ended up there by what seemed like a mistake when our car was towed to the wrong shop, but it turned out to be exactly where we were meant to be. This place is awesome anytime I've had any issues with my Jeep Patriot they have been wonderful and great help in fixing it. This last time I needed a new alternator. They're pretty quick getting back to me, got a quote on Monday and my jeep was finished by Wednesday. The staff there is super friendly and very helpful that makes it super nice in situations of not having a car. I would highly recommend taking your vehicles there. I found out they also do oil changes so I'll probably be seeing them sooner than later.
First of all I'm actually really sad to do this review because the first time I went there it was a great experience and the owner was the one who helped me that time. I called the shop on a Friday and explained exactly what was going on with my car. The mechanic I spoke with told me to bring it by and they could take a look at it and run a diagnostic. Honest, cheap, very nice shop. I recently took my Subaru in for some issues with acceleration, check engine light, and a bad O2 sensor, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Every other shop was two weeks out and they were able to get me in right away. I was having a rough week, both my cars were having issues in the same week and I brought them both to Automotive MD to fix. They have been affordable and honest. They are great people to work with, everyone there is super friendly. It’s a really nice and clean place. They fixed my oil pump and oil pan gasket on my truck and fixed my check engine light on my other car. Thankyou Marshal and Jason for helping me out.
