The purchase experience here was great — staff were helpful and I was happy with the watch. The next day, I went to their recommended watchsmith to get the bracelet adjusted. Unfortunately, the adjustment was done hastily and without care, leaving visible scratches on my brand-new watch. It’s disappointing that a store selling good timepieces would refer someone who handles them so poorly. If you care about your watch, I’d suggest finding your own trusted watchsmith or don't go to Watch Empire @ Miranda

My partner bought my engagement ring from here, in the 5.5 months we have been engaged, I have been able to wear it for 1 week, and in that week a little diamond from the band fell out. They refused multiple times to resize based on being pregnant/ post partum and hand too hot (even though my hand was never swollen nor ever changed size). I deeply regret my purchase from this jewelry shop.
