I was talked through thoroughly about all of the maintenance and care guid, while also made felt comfortable by the stores manager. When I visited Mazzucchellis I was immediately greeted with respect and care feeling welcomed. I was not intending on purchasing anything simply wanted to browse some of their beautiful pieces. Although I did not end up making a purchase, the polite staff member serving me (the stores assistant manager/manager I believe) was not short of customer service providing me with thorough insights to their jewellery. Overall walked out with an even bigger smile on my face, and more convinced to make a buy with these guys soon!
