Never In my years have I ever been so rudely, a customer interrupted myself and the sales person on which the sales person decided to continue the conversation, so I stood there after being mid conversation and I waited long enough to walk out.
Great Customer Service from Jenny
The service was decent, and the staff were friendly. However, the “0 deposit and interest-free financing” offer turned out to be a waste of time. We spent nearly an hour in-store completing the financing application, only to be called back the next day and told the application didn’t go through due to system issues. Then, we were offered a financing option with added fees and a longer repayment period than what was originally agreed. Overall, a disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend it.
I’m very disappointed with my service. Dropped my pearl ring to be repaired in March as the pearl had fallen out. Originally brought from Mazzucchelli’s. I was told it had to be sent off to get a quote. 1 month later, no response. I contacted and was told they will still looking into a quote!! 1 week later I was told it would cost $960 for the pearl to be re-glued back into place. Ridiculous price!
