I simply can’t thank Yvette enough for her caring and thoughtful service. Not only did she help me fix my ring, just as importantly I felt safe to leave the most important thing I own in your care. It was amazing service from the second I walked in the door.

Our experience at the store was quite disappointing. I believe the person in question was the manager, and her behaviour towards her staff was very unprofessional. She raised her voice at a team member in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, while another staff member was assisting me with a watch, she abruptly interrupted the interaction. Due to this behaviour, we chose to leave the store. I hope this feedback helps in addressing the matter
