I see a lot of Not so great reviews but my experience was fantastic. Yvette was a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. Took my wife’s rings to replace 2 missing diamonds and service both rings. Only 5 weeks out before Xmas. Idea was to surprise my wife as a present. Yvette was great to give the service agents a little nudge knowing I really wanted them before Xmas and very thankful they have both arrived in time and looking like new.
