The worst and most incompetent insurance company I have ever worked with. The billing process is completely ridiculous. Do expect to pay for insurance that is not received and has not been billed in over 6 months. Not sure how they are getting away with not billing the customers and then months later trying to get paid. There is absolutely no way that World Insurance would of cover any claims when we had not made payments on this policy. If I could I would get this company less then 0. The only other time I’ve have been more aggravated with incompetent people is people in the post office or government! They do not return calls. You stay on hold then they drop your call. Outright lie to you Reminds me of the liberal parties in America. horrible, horrible service
