It was a wonderful experience to work with Mazzola and Liz, in particular. Whenever there were issues with the rental property, Liz provided immediate assistance, either same day or, by latest, the following day. Extremely pleasant to work with, professional, accommodating, helpful, understanding and customer oriented. I cannot say enough good things about Mazzola and the service they provide. I rented a home from this company for 2 years and had absolutely zero problems with the company. I had a hard time finding a safe place that would also take my dog. Reasonable in negotiation of rate, very responsive when there were maintenance issues, and did not nickel and dime me with fees when I moved out. They even put new flooring in before I moved in. Great company!
