1.5 hrs for cold pizza. Then the poor driver has to call me and tell me the store is saying I still owe money. I paid with a card online. I talked to customer service 4 times. (The second time this has happened to us from this location.)
I ordered online and was given a 25 minute wait online, the pizza finally showed up an hour and a half later, not hot by any means, and took 3 calls to customer service to figure out where my pizza was. It was not a big order at all, shouldn’t have taken that long.
