This place sucks! The customer service from the manager Heather was bad! I told her my coupon didn't come up after registering online for the e-club. I told here the call center told me to come in the store they could honor it. She said without the coupon she can't do anything. Bull crap you are the manager?? I'm a first time customer too. That's not good business. On top of that my pizza wasn't even made when I got there. I call the call center they told me about 15 minutes. Normally a good place to eat...today (5/12/11 @ 11:20) the floors were dirty and so sticky my shoes stuck with each step and the second salad bar on the left had an unpleasant odor.
Mazzio's is a great place to take the kids for pizza. It is always clean and the service is always fast and friendly. They also have a very good salad bar and thier sandwiches and wings are excellent.
Great food! Salad bar is great. Pasta is good (try the lasagna). Wings of fire are awsome (baked with a great sauce that's not overpowering). Service at this location is always top notch.
They have a killer salad bar and their pizza and italian dishes are fantastic. Good prices, especially for the quantity of food you get.
