I have been a patient of Dr Mayer for a long time now. I am not very good at taking care of my teeth and based on the feedback of my previous dentists I had some really challenging fillings. Dr Mayer renewed those very efficiently and I am happy with all my dental work. She has created a plan for me considering my insurance plan and prioritized work to let me have the most comfortable outcome. Dr Mayer's bedside manner is incredible. Dr. Mayer and her staff are wonderful! I’ve been looking for a dentist for a long time, waiting for my yearly visits in my home country to have them done, until I finally found the one! Dr. Mayer was very helpful, getting me in a short notice and taking care of a sudden pain. I was really impressed with her and this clean, friendly office and I’m planning to continue all my and my spouse’s dental care there. Highly recommend it to everyone!
I am not the one that goes to the dentist and was trying to avoid it as much as I could... but when it hurts it hurts and Dr Mayer was able to see me in a very short notice and accommodate my schedule. The procedure was quick, painless (as much as I could hope) and Dr Mayer was able to explain me in layman words what's going on and how to avoid. Checked all my boxes.
Your receptionist is extremely rude & uncooperative. A request to have X-rays sent to another office was e-mailed back to her 2 weeks prior to my new appointment at another office, not only was it not done, but she was being uncooperative about sending them the day I was at my new dental place. Very poor customer service!
Nice experience, Dr. Mayer and staff were amazing and caring.
