The best Italian Restaurant in Delaware!
A 1 is being generous after a cockroach came out of my bread and the manager didn't even apologize! The incident wasn't even brought to our waitress attention. I told the waitress and she was shocked! We got the bill and i brought it to the manager and told her i would like a comp and she said that this stuff happens and she has to talk to her higher up. I normally love this place. But tonight my husband and I found a roach jump out of our bread basket and the manager didnt even apologize. Our server was very apologetic and she felt bad for us when the manager didnt apologize or comp us. We had to ask for a discount and the manager said" these things happen" she gave us $10 off our bill. She was a joke. She is lucky my husband talked to her because I would have made her feel stupid. I work in this industry and thats not how you treat your customers
