Staff was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. The waiting area was clean and organized. Popcorn and hot coffee was available. The technician was able to identify the issue with my Blazer. Mark in service department emailed the warranty company to get approval. However, the warranty company approved the repair the next day. Thomas an inconvenience for me. Mazzei has been great overall.
