Everything went very smooth and easy. I was in and out quickly. Great place to get a vehicle.
I negotiated a price over the phone for a 2026 Equinox. The salesman and I agreed on a price. I made an appointment to pick up. When I arrived the had me wait for 45mins. The salesman didn't even say hi once he came out. No proper test drive. No explanation of features or showing the car. Took over 2 hours for them to get paperwork signed. Then the salesman just rips off the plastic screen wrappers and throws them in the back seat. Plates weren't even screwed correctly; almost flew off on the freeway. No carwash. This review is so low because of the amount of times they have text me asking for a review it’s annoying like send the message once if I don’t leave a review oh well but to send me something 4 times in a matter of a week and I’m waiting to see if you properly did the service and reported it back to GM correctly before I leave a review but you just keep messaging me and that’s not ok.
This is not a review, necessarily, but more of a testimony. As a former employee (service advisor) for the Mazzei Chevrolet service department, and have recently parted ways, I must say this was, by far, the best dealership I had ever worked for, considering I have worked for other dealerships in my career.
