Milestone realty is gauged towards property Management/ landlord realty. I would strongly advise anybody against hiring them to buy or sell properties with.
Great professional management team; always responds in a timely manner
Milestone is my current property manager under two properties (4 units) for close to 2 years and the team has been great. I particularly appreciate their protectiveness to address issues and will continue to use them. Highly recommends
Cancelled my auto payment the day it was scheduled to process, told me to put the cash in an envelope and leave it at the office, then sent my final bill to collections the next day before sending me the cost breakdown. After all of that, Miles Mazzanti felt the solution to this was a verbal confrontation over the phone. It's not his fault, though. I doubt he knows what's going on
