Devin Swift deceitfully scammed us after giving a hefty deposit of $325. He did not pick up any of my phone calls or text. He continues to make excuses if he doesn’t pick up. Had an extremely tight window to get an inspection done. Booked an appointment with Devin Swift and he no called-no showed on the appointment. He gave me an excuse that his phone got ran over by a car. Inexcusable. Will not use again.
Marc & Michelle are very pleasant to work with. If you're looking for a thorough home inspection (as you should be!), then Marc Mazza is absolutely the right person for you. He will walk through everything, explain all of the details of anything that should be requested in repairs, and make sure you feel comfortable with the process. The reports are thorough and will give you confidence in the property you are buying. Highly recommend Mazza Inspections.
If you needed one word to describe Marc it is THOROUGH! I contacted him to inspect a property I'm buying. He checks everything.
