Very rude lady on the phone. Doesn't present themselves in a professional manner. No "Good morning this is Mazie Real Estate, how can I help you?"... Its "Hello" with the grouchy I don't want to be here voice. They supposedly have studio apartments for $1200 monthly which 40X the income is $48K a year. But if you earn that much its still not enough. I could go on and on, don't waste your time.
