I really wanted to be service here. I’ve been looking for someone who could do Russian manicures locally for some time and thought I hit the jackpot finding this place. Mostly great reviews but there were a few that spoke to Sofia/Sofie’s professionalism and curt demeanor regarding the booking process. Early arrivals are not welcomed! This lady is mean, rude, ignorant, and unprofessional! She has narcissistic traits. The other reviews are right, this lady has a dark spirit. My appointment was at 3:00 PM and I arrived about 38 mins early with the intention to wait in the seating area. No one was there except this lady. She was very nasty, extremely rude and would not let me in. She claimed she was in a business meeting and aggressively inquired why I was there. The best manicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. Sofi was so meticulous, fun, professional and talented. My nails look like my nails but, BETTER. Absolutely beautiful. The salon is gorgeous, cozy, super clean and has amazing amenities like a handmade strawberry iced matcha which was delicious. Thank you!!
I never received the service because the appointment never actually took place. The technician failed to clearly communicate that she did not accept my appointment request. Instead, she was rude and unprofessional in her responses. Additionally, I was asked to provide a government-issued ID prior to any appointment, which I find inappropriate and a potential risk for identity theft.
