Worked with Mazen on a few deals, his connection to contractors, realtors, and construction background is extremely valuable. He was able to help with getting quotes for repairs, electricians, and permitting work with the county. Most agents don’t get this involved, but Mazen was all over it. 10/10 recommend!!
