Recently had an appointment to test my hearing at Family Audiology and Hearing Center in Bellefontaine,OH. Greeted with a smile from Courtney and was quickly setup to be tested by Jess. Turns out that years of abusing my ears with loud music and operating machinery without protection has warranted the need for hearing aids. Jess and Courtney are fabulous! I was met with a friendly smile from Courtney and she did a great job explaining the process and what I can expect during the visit. Jess took the time to explain my hearing test results and answer all my questions. I’m not ready for hearing aids just yet, but if/when that time ever comes, I’ll be going to Family Audiology and Hearing Center!
