I gave this 1 star because the guy that was helping us was very unfriendly towards my elderly mom and myself. We were interested in a car and called in advance but when we arrived my mom was surprised by no haggling pricing, to which the man replied "you didn't ask about our pricing." Slimy, I know. Even still she was interested a car. After the test drive we were talking specs and numbers when my mom repeated a few questions since she forgot and asked how long they have been doing the no haggle stuff.
