$300 for an oil change and tire rotation. I’m not sure what my wife did to piss off your lube tech, but the over tightening of the filter and especially the oil drain plug, was beyond ridiculous. Obviously, for the amount of torque that was used your shop was trying to send a message. Message received. It will be a cold day in hell before we bring any of our cars back. Thank you.

Ordered 3 parts from parts department, drove from Denver to pick parts up. Got there and Mitch Holecomb informs me that they are out of stock on one of my items. He said he would refund my money, it has been 3 weeks and no refund. I would not shop here they do not care about customer service. This dealer stole from me, I paid for parts that I never received. Madi was great! I'm always nervous to get my car worked on but she put my mind at ease. She was knowledgeable and earned my trust quickly. My issue was fixed quickly and the cost was very competitive compared to other quotes I got. I would bring my car back here again.
