Tonkin Mazda has great service reps, excellent communication and progress reporting, at a reasonable cost. I appreciate the workmanship and convenience.
I knew my car was making weird noises. So I went to Tonkin Mazda and service technician Josh set my car up for inspection, stayed in great communication with me, and gave me updates throughout the the afternoon. Not only did they fix my breaks, they found 4 other issues that needed immediate attention. I am grateful for their thorough inspection and for helpful updates from Josh.
Had fantastic service from Josh. Had a problem with a front headlight sealed unit. Josh talked with Mazda and got me a great price on the replacement.
Josh the guy at the desk was extremely helpful and kind!
