Ron Tonkin Mazda, Portland (OR) has always provided a first class service experience; I’ve worked with Thor several times and just recently with Roman, always courteous and professional. I highly recommend this Service Department and their Technician’s; they take care of their customers.
Alberto greeted me outside after I parked and for me going right away with what needed to be done. He explained everything thoroughly, let me know the ETA and ordered a Lyft for me. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and it went smoothly.
