Roman took such good care of me when I came in needing a replacement gas cover, as some *lovely* person ripped it off my car. He gave me accurate pricing for both the replacement part and paint up front, and kept me regularly updated on the process. He also spotted my car was due for some recall related maintenance, which I was not aware of, and took care of that at the same time as installing the new gas cover. Just great customer service overall!

This review is highlighting Thor! Initially I made an appointment for my car but since the oil smell/leak was so bad and I had time I decided to just bring my car in as a walk-in appointment. When I first arrived the service rep I initially spoke with said they couldn't look at my car that day and that there were no available loaners. Read the review right now before you take your vehicle here. Brought my mazda 3 for a diagnosis on starting issue. Not only did they not diagnose the starting issue, they quoted me $10,000 in other repairs and a complete wiring harness replacement! That’s a massive job for absolutely no reason. I took it to another mechanic and they fixed the wiring connection to the starter in 10 minutes and charged me $50. I’m not kidding. All it was was a loose connection.
