Had my oil changed. It was fast this time
I used the oil change and diagnostic services. Wait time was reasonable and the facility was sufficiently comfortable. Staff was polite and professional. The short diagnostic video that the mechanic created was really helpful, it allowed me to review after the appointment and share with my family the information about my car's issues and about the recommended repairs.
Brought my vehicle in for detailing and oil change. Greeted when I walked in the door, and immediately taken care of, given a loaner vehicle to use while mine was there for service . They were very expedient and efficient had my vehicle back the same day. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thank for taking care of me and my son's vehicle.
I came in to the Service center because I needed a new battery for my key fob (I was troubleshooting an issue with my CX-5's door locks). I spoke with Billy and Nathan, and they were incredibly helpful and nice. They were knowledgeable about my issues, and had my new key fob battery set in minutes. But, when that didn't fix my door lock issue, Billy and Scott came out to my car to help me troubleshoot.
