On December 22rd, while out shopping, my wife found a screw embedded deep in our back tire. She called me and I called the Mazda service department as she happened to be only a couple of miles away. They told me to have her bring it in and that they would help us. Thank goodness as we were scheduled to leave out on the 26th. The screw was embedded in the sidewall, and the tire could not be repaired. I was due for new tires anyway, so Mazda took replaced those and added an oil change at my request. Had my oil changed. It was fast this time
I used the oil change and diagnostic services. Wait time was reasonable and the facility was sufficiently comfortable. Staff was polite and professional. The short diagnostic video that the mechanic created was really helpful, it allowed me to review after the appointment and share with my family the information about my car's issues and about the recommended repairs.
Brought my vehicle in for detailing and oil change. Greeted when I walked in the door, and immediately taken care of, given a loaner vehicle to use while mine was there for service . They were very expedient and efficient had my vehicle back the same day. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thank for taking care of me and my son's vehicle.
